parent and child evaluation/ or couple evaluation, treatment plan, paperwork processing, addressing concerns and
fielding questions
- 90 minute Assessment (Individuals only) $150
- Therapy rate Hourly $100
- School visitation Hourly $100
It may be necessary for me to visit schools to be part of team meetings,
and/ or IEP's. These visits help unify school and therapy teams and can
contribute to a more united and encompassing approach around a child.
I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Rarely, I may be able to charge Out of Network Insurance.
If a financial difficulty exists, please inquire about sliding fee rates. Verification of financial situation will be requested.
